Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of your product to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as you received it – unused, undamaged, in its original packaging and with all accompanying parts included. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at ds.beluga1@gmail.com. Once we approve your request, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Items that cannot be returned

Due to the nature of the products, returns are not possible for:

- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products that have been used, damaged by the customer or are not returned in their original condition.

Product Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, the quickest way is to return the existing product. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired product.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

If the product is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the return is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed in the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing the refund may take several business days, depending on your bank or payment service provider.
